Summary
Recently Rapid Teams had the privilege of working with the Ngala team in Carnarvon. Ngala offers life-changing support to parents, carers, children, and young people across metropolitan and regional communities throughout WA.
Through our Ways of Working workshop, we explored the power of the DiSC model to better understand how each individual communicates, makes decisions, and collaborates under pressure. In community-focused roles, where empathy, adaptability, and teamwork are critical, these insights aren’t just helpful, they’re transformational.
