Principal Kendall Lange engaged with Rapid Teams to kick of 2025 with a program to connect all school staff in a way that would allow them to appreciate the collective impact they have on school culture. Blending teaching and support staff in a fun atmosphere brought with it some meaningful takeaways. The Ascent is perfect for a 2-2.5 hour window.
