Swick Mining Services
Themes of Workshop:
communication
Summary
Swick Mining are underground diamond coring and hard rock mining specialists. Their Head Office is located in South Guildford, with a global presence operating in 14 locations around the world. This makes them on of the world’s largest operators in their field.
We joined them for their annual RUOK Day focus – the theme this year was ‘Communication’.
Having experienced our Rapid Teaming program last year, we came back this year with ‘The Ascent’. Team members from across the business joined in to connect, learn about each others workplace styles, while having a stack of fun in the process.
Feedback
“Wanting to thank you for the great fun session today with The Ascent!
I had no idea what to expect, and in a busy time, it was a challenge to break away and attend the session. I am SO glad I did. This session was interesting, fast-paced, creative and FUN. I am certain that all participants would agree that this session gave them insight into themselves and how they interact with team members. It also showed them how to really listen to others to discover superpowers that balance the team effort.
10/10 – will definitely recommend this to others. Thank you again.”
