Summary
Rapid Teams designed a custom team building program to align with the theme of the day, ‘Change’, for 85 employees within the Finance division at Westrac. The 2.5 hour workshop included activities that mixed groups up and focused on ‘fun with purpose’ – complex problem solving, communication and collaboration, competition and strategy.

You chose the perfect activities to support the Change theme, and your team’s facilitation ensured that all members felt involved and could participate fully. The time allocated for reflection after each activity was just right, keeping the team engaged throughout.
