Halls Head PS engaged Rapid teams for an Amazing Race style event around the city. We couldnt speak more highly of the experience. We recently participated in a Game of Strengths team building day at the Crown Casino, Perth with Rapid Teams. Rob and Carys were brilliant, the whole day was planned by them for a team of 27 and went off without any issues at all. We had so much fun trying to solve cryptic clues and puzzles. I highly recommend this company for any fun team building exercises you might be looking for.

Spacecubed engaged Rapid Teams as they were a previous member of ours (before they outgrew our coworking spaces!) to run a team building session for us. We had been doing team dinners for years, and wanted something fun and creative to bring everyone together. Carys and Angus were amazing running our session, and the team had so much fun completing the CBD scavenger hunt. Would definitely recommend!

We recently completed the Game of Strengths event at Crown Perth with our Simple Dental Group team, and it exceeded all expectations.Angus was fantastic from start to finish. He managed everything seamlessly, from the initial planning and coordination through to the event delivery on the day, and even assisted with organising our post-event drinks function with Crown.The event itself was incredibly well thought out. We recently participated in a team-building experience with Rapid Teams in Fremantle and had an absolutely fantastic time.The hosts were exceptional – friendly, engaging, well-organised, and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The activities were fun, challenging, and encouraged great collaboration across the group.The Fremantle scenery provided the perfect backdrop for the day, showcasing some beautiful local sights for the international visitors while keeping everyone actively involved. Managing a team that has doubled in size over the past 12 months, with new staff joining at different points throughout the year, I felt it was important to invest in a facilitated team building experience. Choosing Rapid Teams was absolutely the right decision. Their communication and preparation ahead of the event were excellent, taking the time to truly understand our objectives and existing team dynamics.The Game of Strengths struck the perfect balance between collaborative problem solving and fun. The activities allowed natural leadership styles to emerge, highlighted different approaches to problem solving, and encouraged genuine collaboration across the group in a relaxed, engaging environment. Staff were encouraged to contribute in a way that met their individual comfort levels so even the quieter team members found meaningful ways to contribute.At the end of the session a thoughtful reflection and feedback discussion led by the Rapid Teams facilitators helped consolidate the learnings and sparked insightful conversations within the team. This is the best money you will spend on your business. The access to the platform for managers provides you with a way to help your team be autonomous with finding solutions to team dynamics which really empowers them. Angus' delivery - even though virtually which is harder - was so impressive. Our team have never been so engaged. Just invest the money and book them in.

This is the third time I have engaged Rapid Teams for team development or team building, and they continue to deliver engaging and insightful workshops that are also fun. While the first two times were for a research group, this time it was for a team of time-poor, potentially hard-to-please and sceptical university leaders. Once again, Angus and Rob facilitated a fantastic workshop, and the feedback from my team was excellent. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! To start with Rapid Teams and Angus were efficient, affordable, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we were hoping to get out of our full day sessions. On the day Angus ensured the content and activities were engaging, interesting, reflective. The session covered the foundations of teamwork, and was supported by practical games and activities that tested these skills. Our corporate team of 10 had such an awesome time doing the Perth City Challenge with Rapid Teams. I won't give anything away but the afternoon was the perfect mix of difficulty and fun - the time flew by and was incredibly enjoyable (even for the most introverted)!From the activities customised to our brand to the real-time feedback, Rapid Teams ensured the day ran smoothly. They truly provided a shared experience for our (normally) geographically-dispersed team - without any of the awkwardness that can come with traditional team building. This was our second year running with Rapid Teams and I also thoroughly recommend the in-house workshops (the VR experience was a stand-out too).Huge thanks to Angus, Joanne and the whole team - I can't wait for our next corporate meeting so we can complete another challenge!

We spent a fantastic day with Angus a few weeks ago. This was the first time that our practice had done anything similar to this so there were a few of us that approached it with some trepidation!The sessions were challenging, but presented in a relaxed and professional manner that encouraged people to really come out of their shells and contribute to the discussion. Great experience- would highly recommend Rapid Teams. What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, semi-smart casual clothing, and make sure your footwear is enclosed.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 6 weeks out. For end of year celebrations we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
What fitness level is required?
There is no running or strenuous physical activity involved. For mobility concerns, ask us about our suitable programs.
Do you provide food and drink?
No, food and beverage requirements are the responsibility of the client. We can make recommendations!
Are you insured and certified?
We hold certificates of currency for Public & Product Liability and Workers Compensation insurances.
What is your payment policy?
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is due within 14 days of booking. Final monies are due 14 days post workshop or team building event. Final participant numbers for your program must be provided 7 days prior to the commencement of the event or workshop. Rapid Teams will then charge per this participant number provided, with the addition of a per head charge for any additional attendees on the day.
How can I pay?
Direct deposit is preferred however credit card (payable over phone) is available with a 2% merchant fee.
What age groups do you cater to?
We cater to all age groups over the age of 18.
Can I attend if I have a disability?
Yes, get in touch with us to discuss any disabilities and we can recommend suitable programs for your group.
How do you handle company information?
All company documentation and information received or witnessed by Rapid Teams is strictly confidential.
Do you follow up after the event?
The success of your workshop is our 100% focus. In the days after the event, let’s debrief on your experience with Rapid Teams and what the next steps are for you to take as a leader to ensure ongoing impact.
How experienced are your facilitators?
We employ senior facilitators who can guide your experience end to end. We do not assign contractors to our events.
