WAYS OF WORKING – TEAM DISC PROFILING & TRAINING
ELEVATE YOUR TEAM’S PERFORMANCE
Ways of Working is a facilitated program that delivers easy-to-use tactical tools to enhance team dynamics through DISC profiling and training. The program consists of four engagements spread over three weeks and uses the DISC tool as a springboard for building an in-depth team charter or working agreement. We use the leading self before leading others methodology in order for us to understand your group’s culture and teams will get powerful insights into themselves and their team mates. Using this information, teams have ‘user manuals’ on each member (comparison reports), allowing them to move faster by tailoring communication to suit the receiver. Rapid Teams facilitates the process from assessment to unpacking as a group. Teams leave the workshop knowing how to use the tools and begin to make meaningful change.
Format: Disc Assessment (online), Pre Session (online), then in person workshop
Duration: Pre-assessment (20 mins), Disc Profiles Pre Session (60 mins), main warkshop can then be either half or full day delivery.
Group Size: 3 to 20 per cohort. Multiple cohorts can be booked within one company
Location: Australia Wide
Use Case: Teams establishing working norms, teams which have had conflict or communication challenges and teams wanting to go from ‘good to great’
Outputs: DISC Workplace Profile for every participant, Catalyst Platform Access, Comparison Reports (every combination of every team member) and Team Mapping
IDENTIFY THEN LEVERAGE YOUR TEAMS STRENGTHS
Your team’s culture has huge implications on things such as the pace at which work gets done, the attention that gets paid to details or the risks that the group takes. Understanding the origins and current state of your teams culture is critical if you hope to change it.
The days of identifying and focussing on our weaknesses are over. Using personality profiling, we look at each team members superpower and then discuss how we can use this to the collective advantage of the team. The shift to team based strengths and relying on each other builds trust – the foundation of high performing teams.
WHO SHOULD DO THE WAYS OF WORKING PROGRAM?
Teams eager to understand each other and leverage each others strengths.
Teams who have had challenges in communication, don’t have an established team charter or have experienced unproductive conflict which has held them back in the past.
