Designed to elevate team spirit, uncover hidden strengths, and foster innovative problem-solving, The Ascent promises to be an unforgettable adventure for any team. Here’s a sneak peek into what makes The Ascent a game-changer and a recap of our recent demo sessions.

Building Blocks and Working With Real Pros
We have enough equipment and kit to facilitate up to 700 participants at once on The Ascent! After the initial beta testing we went all in with game creators, puzzle builders and graphic designers. The goal was a high quality, high production program that would stand up at any conference, offsite or strategy meeting. We have noticed over the years that the devil is in the detail when building immersive experimental team events.
Inclusion and Superpowers
We have been working on creating team experiences that bring everyone in to the game. The Ascent is designed to be inclusive, engaging team members of all ages, backgrounds, and personality types. By using a variety of challenges and AI tools, we create an environment where every team member feels valued and can contribute effectively to the team’s success.
There are Four Phases of The Ascent
1. Introduction and Briefing: We kick things off by setting the stage, celebrating diverse personality styles, and engaging in fun warm-up games. This phase is all about preparing your team for the exciting journey ahead.
2. Problem Solving Superpowers and Planning: Teams identify their unique strengths—what we call ‘superpowers’—and develop a game plan. This phase focuses on collaboration and strategy, setting the foundation for the challenges to come.
3. The Ascent: The heart of the program involves tackling multi-step problem-solving scenarios using cutting-edge AI tools. It’s a thrilling adventure that pushes boundaries and encourages every team member to shine.
4. Workplace Crossover: Finally, we bring the learnings full circle by translating insights into real-world applications. Teams leave with practical strategies to enhance their workplace performance.
Preparing to Launch by Running a Series of Demo Sessions: Real Teams, Real Success
We recently ran three demo sessions with incredible teams, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Scotch College, Minderoo Foundation and Rocky Bay were the testing teams. The feedback was awesome, averaging 9.5/10. Some quotes from the post program feedback as follows:
