SUPPORTING STRATEGY SESSIONS AND PROJECT LAUNCHES
A lot of our work comes after or before a team meeting or strategy session, predominantly in an offsite location such as a conference centre or hotel.
We work with the team to understand the key messages of the day then build the activities around them.
In this instance, we’re working with the conference location to make sure everything is in place logistically as well as the client to deliver the pre-aligned content. Often the team strategy session is in the morning and then Rapid Teams delivers a 3 hour session in the afternoon.

Rapid Teams worked with Castledex in March 2020 delivering a strategy offsite on Rottnest Island.
Social clubs, end of year functions and just a fun day out. This is the ‘fun’ side of the scale. These events are either in scavenger hunt format or a ‘survivor’ style of event. In saying that, many are custom and we bring the professional consultant hustle to the events industry.

For these kinds of workshops we often use personality profiling to boost the process. We also use design thinking style canvas’ to flesh out a series of actionable outcomes post workshop. Often these are indoors with the use of team games and activities as the way to accelerate the team process.
