Case Studies

Rapid Teams delivers high quality, practical experiential team activities and workshops that align with the skills needed to thrive and prosper in todays market. We strive to always have fun and be open to new ideas. On this page is a series of examples of our work or case studies. We blur the line between traditional team building and professional development, this are we work in is more team development. Breaking this down, it means we deliver fun with real outcomes.

Team building indoors in Perth

“We had a great team building and professional development day recently and Rapid Teams did an amazing job at nailing what we wanted to achieve with our team.
I can highly recommend if you are holding a professional development day covering team building, profiling, change leadership, resilience or navigating uncertainty or ambiguity – you will not be disappointed”

Sharon Russell, Head of Premium Banking WA SA NT & QLD, Westpac

Rapid Teams worked with Sharons team at Westpac in September 2019 delivering a combination of our Championship Teams and Virtual Reality workshops

SUPPORTING STRATEGY SESSIONS AND PROJECT LAUNCHES

A lot of our work comes after or before a team meeting or strategy session, predominantly in an offsite location such as a conference centre or hotel.

We work with the team to understand the key messages of the day then build the activities around them.

In this instance, we’re working with the conference location to make sure everything is in place logistically as well as the client to deliver the pre-aligned content. Often the team strategy session is in the morning and then Rapid Teams delivers a 3 hour session in the afternoon.

Examples of these sessions include Championship Teams, Diffuse the Bomb Virtual Reality or Rapid Teaming.

Case Studies

“Rapid Teams were absolutely magnificent – anyone looking to doing any form of workshops, culture work or team-building give them a call!

Ben Martin, General Manager, Castledex

Rapid Teams worked with Castledex in March 2020 delivering a strategy offsite on Rottnest Island.

TEAM EVENTS

Social clubs, end of year functions and just a fun day out. This is the ‘fun’ side of the scale. These events are either in scavenger hunt format or a ‘survivor’ style of event. In saying that, many are custom and we bring the professional consultant hustle to the events industry.

We deliver these all across WA, example venues include:

Kings Park
Fremantle
Perth CBD

TEAM DEVELOPMENT

For these kinds of workshops we often use personality profiling to boost the process. We also use design thinking style canvas’ to flesh out a series of actionable outcomes post workshop. Often these are indoors with the use of team games and activities as the way to accelerate the team process.
