The leadership team at Hicks Civil and Mining engaged with Rapid Teams to embark on our Ways or Working program with DiSC profiling. Participants travelled from all over the country rounding out what was agreed to be a very successful outcome.

Rapid Teams were engaged to deliver a custom workshop for Caralee Community School, combining both team building with team development. With objectives to allow staff to have fun together, whilst creating a sense of belonging and connection, we built a custom experience that delivered these outcomes.

Principal Kendall Lange engaged with Rapid Teams to kick off 2025 with a program to connect all school staff in a way where they could appreciate the collective impact they have on school culture. Blending teaching staff (older and newer), along with non-teaching staff brought in a fun atmosphere bought with it some meaningful takeaways. The Ascent is perfect for a 2-2.5hr window.

In follow up from the Rapid Teams facilitation at the 2024 Mandurah Principals Conference, Shannon Wright of Greenfields Primary School engaged with us to connect school staff with our Championship Teams program.

Having experienced the Rapid Teams ‘The Ascent’ program, Natasha Upcott of Mandurah Primary locked Rapid Teams in for the same program at the start of the 2025 year. The theme was to use the hands on Rapid Teams approach to identify & appreciate our collective skills and strengths & how to leverage this for the greater impact of the school community.

Rapid Teams were asked to create a customised team engagement program to kick off the 2025 school year. Perth College has a strong history and commitment to make an impact on students and the school community. Our on campus ‘Rapid Teaming’ Conference Program created connectivity between all staff whilst linking to the school’s values and strategic vision.

Rapid Teams delivered our full day Championship Teams program to a team of 50 staff at Riverside Education Support Centre for their personal development day.

Rapid Teams designed a custom team building program to align with the theme of the day, ‘Change’, for 80 employees within the Finance division at Westrac. The 2.5 hour workshop included activities that mixed groups up and focused on ‘fun with purpose’ – complex problem solving, communication, strategy and accountability.

We facilitated a team training day for the Corporate Services team of Anglicare. The day was an opportunity to get the team outside of their comfort zones and engage in a fun activity that reflected their organisational value of “Gutsy and Courageous”.
