Summary
Our facilitators recently hosted The Fremantle Challenge for a Global Tech Excellence team from BHP. We were lucky enough to welcome their out of state team members, from the East-Coast and Chile, introducing them to our wonderful Freo.
There was a strong focus on collaboration, and driving individual connections to bring this internationally spread team closer together.

The hosts were exceptional – friendly, engaging, well-organised, and made everyone feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The activities were fun, challenging, and encouraged great collaboration across the group.
The Fremantle scenery provided the perfect backdrop for the day, showcasing some beautiful local sights for the international visitors while keeping everyone actively involved. One of the highlights was seeing different leadership styles emerge throughout the challenges. It was fascinating to watch team members step up, communicate, problem-solve, and support each other in different ways.
The experience was both enjoyable and insightful, providing plenty of laughs while also strengthening team connections. We left feeling more connected as a group and with a greater appreciation for each other’s strengths.
