Your Team Building Specialists
Angus Firth
Angus is a team development expert with over 20 years experience in supporting organisations towards achieving their cultural and team alignment goals.
Angus estimates he’s attended and facilitated at well over 1000 team days. From the West Pilbara to St Georges Terrace or in Covent Garden, the common thread is teams exploring high performance and how they can get an edge through effective teamwork.
Prior to founding Rapid Teams in 2018, Angus held senior management roles in business development and project management for international leadership development, ASX 100 and business improvement organisations and has driven several large scale skill development projects.
In 2023 Angus was a Business News 40under40 winner, recognised for helping businesses across Western Australia build stronger, more effective teams through smart, engaging programs that actually work.
Outside of work Angus is hands on with family, surfing and distance swimming.
Claudia Firth
As a marketing manager/specialist, Claudia specialises in sales, marketing collateral and product development. With 15 years of experience, Claudia works part-time and brings creativity and attention to detail to the table.
Outside of work, Claudia enjoys wordle and spending time with family.
Lanie Mason
Lanie loves people and has always been curious about team dynamics. A former professional dancer and movement specialist, she has worked with high-performance teams for nearly 20 years. Lanie is passionate about the team building processes and since joining Rapid Teams in 2021, she has thoroughly enjoyed sinking her teeth into collaborative team activities – supporting teams to identify, celebrate and harness their inherent strengths. Outside of work Lanie loves time spent with her family, keeping fit, good wine, movie nights and camping adventures.
Rob McSporran
Rob’s dual role at Rapid Teams allows him to mix the best of both worlds by working with new clients in the program design process, and then facilitating these to bring the experience to life. Rob has been very fortunate that his career has seen his roles take him on working adventures from Egypt to Tanzania, New Zealand to South Africa and places in-between. For Rob, he’s driven by experiences with people. And out of work? It’s all about experiences with people.
CARYS JONES
Carys brings over a decade of experience in education, theatre, and creative facilitation to the Rapid Teams crew. A seasoned performer, voice-over artist, and dynamic workshop leader, she has designed and delivered engaging, curriculum-based programs across the UK and Australia. Known for her warm energy and improvisational flair, Carys excels at creating inclusive, immersive experiences that spark connection and insight. Whether she’s guiding a team through a high-energy challenge or leading a reflective workshop, Carys knows how to bring out the best in people—helping teams connect, communicate, and thrive.
KIMBLE MCKIEVER
As the Events & Logistics Coordinator at Rapid Teams, Kimble specialises in organising and facilitating team development workshops. With a degree in Marketing & Public Relations and a background in event coordination, she ensures every program runs smoothly, from behind-the-scenes planning to on-the-day delivery. Passionate about bringing people together, she takes pride in turning ideas into well executed events that spark meaningful connection and growth. Outside of work, Kimble enjoys traveling, always planning her next adventure, and exploring new cultures and experiences.
