Summary
We had the privilege of hosting a collegiate network of principals from 10 schools located approximately 1 hour south of Perth. With a focus on their individual school teams we took them through our 5 Behaviours Program, which takes a look at Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results to drive team effectiveness and productivity.

“As part of our collegiate leadership development program, we had the opportunity to engage with Rapid Teams’ presentation on Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. The session was not only engaging and thought-provoking but also deeply relevant to our roles as school leaders.
The presenter Angus Firth skillfully unpacked each of the five dysfunctions, absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability, and inattention to results, through relatable examples and interactive discussions. What stood out was his ability to connect theory to practice, offering practical strategies that we could immediately take back to our schools and implement with our teams.
The session encouraged meaningful reflection on our own leadership styles and team dynamics, while also equipping us with tools to foster stronger, more cohesive teams. It was a valuable investment in our professional growth and a timely reminder of the importance of trust, clarity, and accountability in educational leadership.
