Summary
Recently we had the pleasure of working with MercyCare again, this time with the team of managers from their Early Learning Services. Their ask was to take part in the Rapid Teams Championship Teams program, to deepen the connection and understanding of team dynamics for this group which has recently been involved in some organisational restructure.
This group was exceptionally passionate, highly engaged and showed no hesitation to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. We were very fortunate to receive such a warm welcome on site (in a beautiful hall), surrounded by vibrant values-based artwork by Noongar Artist Peter Farmer. A 5/5 session as far as we were concerned, and we look forward to working with the team again.

The way the team-building activities were structured ensured everyone had to participate, which was fantastic to see — especially watching those who would usually stand back really get involved. Since the session, we’ve had lots of feedback from managers that it was fun and engaging, and importantly, that it didn’t feel like a chore to attend.”
