Summary
The team at Ray White Deception Bay were kicking off 2026 with a full team offsite. Rapid Teams ran the Team Disc Online program focussing on their ways of working a team dynamics. We explored the benefits of having a diverse team of personalities and how the DiSC tool can be used internally and externally to delight customers.
Before the session kicked off the whole team had completed their Workplace Profiles and Angus (from Rapid Teams) was able to take them through the 2 hour interactive workshop virtually into their conference room.
