Summary
The cross-functional team, made up of admin through to operational roles, are spread across Australia and engaged Rapid Teams for their first time being together as a team. Building communication and breaking down perceptions, Championship Teams program was paired with VR Diffuse the Bomb to encourage team communication, development and trust.
