Summary

As their team had doubled in size over the past year, our client wanted to ensure every team member felt involved, valued, and connected as the business continued to grow. They were also looking for an opportunity to identify ways to further strengthen culture and professional development across the team.

Rapid Teams facilitated our exclusive ‘Game of Strengths’ experience at Crown Perth, combining immersive team challenges with strengths-based learning and meaningful connection.

Feedback

“Managing a team that has doubled in size over the past 12 months, with new staff joining at different points throughout the year, I felt it was important to invest in a facilitated team building experience. Choosing Rapid Teams was absolutely the right decision. Their communication and preparation ahead of the event were excellent, taking the time to truly understand our objectives and existing team dynamics.

The Game of Strengths struck the perfect balance between collaborative problem solving and fun. The activities allowed natural leadership styles to emerge, highlighted different approaches to problem solving, and encouraged genuine collaboration across the group in a relaxed, engaging environment. Staff were encouraged to contribute in a way that met their individual comfort levels so even the quieter team members found meaningful ways to contribute.

At the end of the session a thoughtful reflection and feedback discussion led by the Rapid Teams facilitators helped consolidate the learnings and sparked insightful conversations within the team. A highly effective and enjoyable experience that I would strongly recommend for both new and established teams looking to build stronger connections and understand how they work best together.
