What can I expect from a workshop?
Fun! Our focus is on having a good time, whilst achieving learning outcomes.
Everything we do is ‘challenge by choice’ and not physically strenuous.
Your personal safety is your responsibility. Take it easy and enjoy the day.
All activities will vary, therefore no one will have an advantage or disadvantage.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, semi-smart casual clothing, and make sure your footwear is enclosed. If we’re outdoors, bring a hat and sunscreen or a raincoat—depending on the weather!
Are your activities customisable?
Absolutely! We start by holding a discovery meeting with you to thoroughly understand your objectives and any challenges you may be facing. Based on this information, we tailor our programs to align with your goals and desired outcomes. In addition, our Challenge Series specifically looks at your company’s values, mission and vision.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 6 weeks out. For end of year celebrations we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
How long do workshops last?
Bookings are based on half and full day rates, we then work with you according to your timings and requirements.
What fitness level is required?
Our programs are suitable for all fitness levels. Some programs require walking, however there is no running or strenuous physical activity involved. For mobility concerns, ask us about our suitable programs.
Do you provide food and drink?
No, food and beverage requirements are the responsibility of the client. We can make recommendations!
What happens if there is bad weather?
Outdoor events will progress even in rain or hot weather. We will make alterations to programs where possible however encourage you to bring a raincoat or a hat & water bottle!
Can we request specific themes or goals?
Yes! Communicate any requests with us and we will do our best to incorporate these into your programs where possible.
Are you insured and certified?
We hold certificates of currency for Public & Product Liability and Workers Compensation insurances.
Can you organise events at our office?
Yes! We have a number of workshops we can deliver in any location. However, some of our programs are location specific – ie; Challenge Series (Perth, Fremantle, Busselton) and Pathfinders Optus Stadium.
What is your payment policy?
To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is due within 14 days of booking. Final monies are due 14 days post workshop or team building event. Final participant numbers for your program must be provided 7 days prior to the commencement of the event or workshop. Rapid Teams will then charge per this participant number provided, with the addition of a per head charge for any additional attendees on the day.
How can I pay?
Direct deposit is preferred however credit card (payable over phone) is available with a 2% merchant fee.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Are there minimum/maximum group sizes?
We work with teams of all sizes, from small groups of 5 to large conferences of up to 500.
What age groups do you cater to?
We cater to all age groups over the age of 18.
Can I attend if I have a disability?
Yes, get in touch with us to discuss any disabilities and we can recommend suitable programs for your group.
How do you handle company information?
All company documentation and information received or witnessed by Rapid Teams is strictly confidential.
Do you follow up after the event?
The success of your workshop is our 100% focus. In the days after the event, let’s debrief on your experience with Rapid Teams and what the next steps are for you to take as a leader to ensure ongoing impact.
How experienced are your facilitators?
We employ senior facilitators who can guide your experience end to end. We do not assign contractors to our events.
