We recently had the pleasure of working with Rapid Teams for a team-building session at our school. They came out to our worksite and led a workshop for around 40 of our staff. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! To start with Rapid Teams and Angus were efficient, affordable, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we were hoping to get out of our full day sessions. Our corporate team of 10 had such an awesome time doing the Perth City Challenge with Rapid Teams. I won't give anything away but the afternoon was the perfect mix of difficulty and fun - the time flew by and was incredibly enjoyable (even for the most introverted)!From the activities customised to our brand to the real-time feedback, Rapid Teams ensured the day ran smoothly. They truly provided a shared experience for our (normally) geographically-dispersed team - without any of the awkwardness that can come with traditional team building. Rapid Teams, at very short notice, recently facilitated the 'Perth CBD Challenge' as part of our corporate training day for approx 50 people. We spent a fantastic day with Angus a few weeks ago. An excellent experience for the team. Angus looked after our Physio clinic's team of 8. He pre-prepared and really understood where we have been and where we are heading as a company. His professionalism and commitment on the day kept everyone on track. Great experience- would highly recommend Rapid Teams. Our Busselton Challenge is designed around the history of the region and built within a live scoring smartphone App. There are over 80 challenges available for teams to complete within the Busselton foreshore area in a 2 hour period. We offer a variety of team-building workshops and events that cater to different needs and goals. Each program is unique, but they all blend fun with hands-on learning that delivers real results. After your event, we stay focused on ensuring its success by debriefing your experience with Rapid Teams. We’ll talk about the next steps you can take as a leader to keep the positive momentum going, helping your team apply what they’ve learned and strengthen the connections built during the session.

FAQS

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, semi-smart casual clothing, and make sure your footwear is enclosed.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking 6 weeks out. For end of year celebrations we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

What fitness level is required?

There is no running or strenuous physical activity involved. For mobility concerns, ask us about our suitable programs.

Do you provide food and drink?

No, food and beverage requirements are the responsibility of the client. We can make recommendations!

Are you insured and certified?

We hold certificates of currency for Public & Product Liability and Workers Compensation insurances.

What is your payment policy?

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is due within 14 days of booking. Final monies are due 14 days post workshop or team building event. Final participant numbers for your program must be provided 7 days prior to the commencement of the event or workshop. Rapid Teams will then charge per this participant number provided, with the addition of a per head charge for any additional attendees on the day.

How can I pay?

Direct deposit is preferred however credit card (payable over phone) is available with a 2% merchant fee.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Outdoor events will progress even in rain or hot weather. We will make alterations to programs where possible however we encourage you to bring a raincoat or a hat and water bottle.

What age groups do you cater to?

We cater to all age groups over the age of 18.

Can I attend if I have a disability?

Yes, get in touch with us to discuss any disabilities and we can recommend suitable programs for your group.

How do you handle company information?

All company documentation and information received or witnessed by Rapid Teams is strictly confidential.

Do you follow up after the event?

The success of your workshop is our 100% focus. In the days after the event, let’s debrief on your experience with Rapid Teams and what the next steps are for you to take as a leader to ensure ongoing impact.

How experienced are your facilitators?

We employ senior facilitators who can guide your experience end to end. We do not assign contractors to our events.
