What is Rapid Teaming?

Customised completely to your objectives, this flexible program can have as many or as few outcomes as required. It caters to every member of your team, from physical capabilities, analytical or creative minds, to quiet achievers and those who just want to have a good time!

Participants will have a great experience learning new things about themselves, their peers, and their organisation as a whole. Activities start with ice-breakers involving everyone and progress to problem-solving challenges that take up to 30 minutes to solve. We regularly change the groups to ensure each person works with different team members throughout the session.

To start with Rapid Teams and Angus were efficient, affordable, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and what we were hoping to get out of our full day sessions. On the day Angus ensured the content and activities were engaging, interesting, reflective. He facilitated an excellent team building / leadership development day, which was incredibly informative and at times sufficiently challenging. Highly recommend Angus and Rapid Teams. Angus prepared a customised training session for a team of 10. The session covered the foundations of teamwork, and was supported by practical games and activities that tested these skills. The training exceeded my expectations and I would engage Angus again in a heartbeat.

Our corporate team of 10 had such an awesome time doing the Perth City Challenge with Rapid Teams. I won't give anything away but the afternoon was the perfect mix of difficulty and fun - the time flew by and was incredibly enjoyable (even for the most introverted)!From the activities customised to our brand to the real-time feedback, Rapid Teams ensured the day ran smoothly. They truly provided a shared experience for our (normally) geographically-dispersed team - without any of the awkwardness that can come with traditional team building. This was our second year running with Rapid Teams and I also thoroughly recommend the in-house workshops (the VR experience was a stand-out too).Huge thanks to Angus, Joanne and the whole team - I can't wait for our next corporate meeting so we can complete another challenge!

Rapid Teams was an incredible experience for two of our leadership teams. The opportunity to engage with our teams outside of our workplace provided the opportunity to connect personally and professionally whilst testing our skills in the many team challenges presented by Rapid Teams. Rapid Teams, at very short notice, recently facilitated the 'Perth CBD Challenge' as part of our corporate training day for approx 50 people. The whole process ran like clockwork; delivered with a tailored and focused approach on our corporate core values and what we wanted to achieve from the day. We spent a fantastic day with Angus a few weeks ago. This was the first time that our practice had done anything similar to this so there were a few of us that approached it with some trepidation!The sessions were challenging, but presented in a relaxed and professional manner that encouraged people to really come out of their shells and contribute to the discussion. An excellent experience for the team. Angus looked after our Physio clinic's team of 8. He pre-prepared and really understood where we have been and where we are heading as a company. His professionalism and commitment on the day kept everyone on track. The layout was also very effective, providing some good theoretical knowledge as well as activities which the team can refer back to in the months ahead.Highly recommend!

Great experience- would highly recommend Rapid Teams. The whole process was smooth, we identified our outcomes for the day and then Rapid Teams were able to deliver them in the training session in a really fun way. All in all it was a professionally delivered workshop with plenty of actions for us to take back to the office and work on as a team.

Wear comfortable, semi-smart casual clothing, and make sure your footwear is enclosed.

We recommend booking 6 weeks out. For end of year celebrations we recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

There is no running or strenuous physical activity involved. For mobility concerns, ask us about our suitable programs.

No, food and beverage requirements are the responsibility of the client. We can make recommendations! 

We hold certificates of currency for Public & Product Liability and Workers Compensation insurances.

To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is due within 14 days of booking. Final monies are due 14 days post workshop or team building event. Final participant numbers for your program must be provided 7 days prior to the commencement of the event or workshop. Rapid Teams will then charge per this participant number provided, with the addition of a per head charge for any additional attendees on the day.

Direct deposit is preferred however credit card (payable over phone) is available with a 2% merchant fee.

We cater to all age groups over the age of 18.

All company documentation and information received or witnessed by Rapid Teams is strictly confidential.

The success of your workshop is our 100% focus. In the days after the event, let’s debrief on your experience with Rapid Teams and what the next steps are for you to take as a leader to ensure ongoing impact.

We employ senior facilitators who can guide your experience end to end. We do not assign contractors to our events.
