What Is the Ways of Working Workshop?
Teams gain powerful insights into themselves and their teammates. Using this information, teams have ‘user manuals’ on each member (comparison reports), allowing them to move faster by tailoring communication to suit the receiver.
The days of identifying and focusing on our weaknesses are over. Using personality profiling, we identify each team member’s superpower and then discuss how to use it for the collective advantage of the team. This shift to team-based strengths and relying on each other builds trust – the foundation of high-performing teams.
The reports pulled by the team in the workshop are just phase 1. In phase 2, you have ongoing access to your team profiles, similarities, and information. New team member? No problem at all, we will map them in straight away by having them complete a profiling survey (cost is 1 additional profile).
