Golf anyone? You may know Wembley Golf Course from a weekend round, but this spot also doubles as a brilliant option for meetings, conferences and special events.
Morning and dusk are our favourite times at Ambrose. Native gardens, birdlife, and 300 acres of stunning parkland make it a genuinely lovely place to spend a working day.
Overview of the space
We love the open feel here – a great blend of timber and natural light throughout. The function room has a spacious, airy quality with high ceilings, and the folding glass doors can be opened up to let the outside in, keeping your team awake and invigorated.
There are several room layout options, so you’ve got flexibility depending on your group size. The function area also includes a private bar and generous break-out spaces for your team to stretch their legs between sessions.
There is the 360 Acres Bar and Restaurant right next door should some of the team want to kick on afterwards, or perhaps take a crack at the driving range to test your skill and agility.

Food
Food and beverage is supported by an award-winning culinary team, so you’re in good hands. Options are plentiful – think canapé menus, buffet, grazing platters, or a full plated experience. These are all served on-site (and with the option to eat out on the deck while you listen out for anyone yelling ‘fore’).
Distance from the CBD
Less than 10km from the CBD, with a short drive out to the coast toward City Beach meaning it’s a good location for those traveling from the CBD, Fremantle or the northern suburbs.
Parking
Parking is plentiful, access to the gold course is off The Boulevard, very close to Bold Park swimming pool.
