Lil’s Rooftop Bar – The Hideout

We’re always on the lookout for a vibrant venue for our program delivery and reckon that Lil’s Hideout and exclusive rooftop area is a great space to consider. This venue is centrally located in the CBD, (up the road from the Perth Novotel) making it a convenient location for meetings, work events and corporate functions.
Overview of the space
Set at the rear of the Lil’s building (behind the main bar), the Hideout is a welcoming space that features high ceilings, rustic floorboards, warm lighting and a split level break out area. Access to the Hideout space, is around the side of Lil’s Bar and so it has a feeling of being somewhat private, away from the main action.
Conference facilities
The Hideout offers versatility in room set up, whether it be for debriefing our Perth CBD Challenge, or hosting indoor programs such as; Championship Teams or The Ascent. Depending on the program, the space would suit groups of up to 40 people. The space offers a large TV screen, private bathroom and private bar use.
Food & Drinks
Meals and beverages are catered for on-site, with a ton of choices varying from; canapes and platters, to shared group menus with drink packages to suit your style and budget.
This means whether you have booked a morning program with Rapid Teams, followed by an organised lunch, or an afternoon program and are planning a post-event sundowner – you’re definitely covered on all bases!
Parking
Parking couldn’t be easier with multistory parking options available literally next door and more within walking distance (e.g. CPP, Wilson Parking & Street Parking).
Team Building Options at Lil’s Hideout
If you are after a one-stop team building workshop on-site at Lil’s, we have several options that would suit this space. Including; The Ascent, Championship Teams, and Ways of Working (with DiSC).
Otherwise, as mentioned above it is a great space to wrap up our Perth CBD Challenge.
