We love Busso! With crystal clear waters and a vibrant foreshore precinct, it’s a great place to hold a corporate getaway!
A few years back we launched The Busselton Challenge, and this amazing race-style program continues to be a hit for groups from Perth and those who are based in the South West given its central location.
A couple of our favourite venues to run stand alone programs or post Busselton Challenge wrap-ups include Shelter Brewing Co and Double Tree by Hilton. Here’s our take on these to top notch venues.

Overview of the spaces
Shelter Brewing Co.
This iconic seaside brewery delivers a vibrant, coastal atmosphere that we absolutely love for the energy and vibe it brings to group experiences. You know you are down south as soon as you walk in the door. The upstairs meeting space is a secret find, overlooking the brewery and the action in the main dining area, while offering a private, exclusive setting, complete with optional private bar service and ocean views.
It goes without saying that food and drinks are plentiful making Shelter an easy and seamless option for event delivery. For our style of program, this space is best suited to groups of up to (approx.) 30 and makes for a perfect launch pad and de-brief space for our Busselton Challenge with AV connectivity on hand to share your challenge memories. The Ascent and Championship Teams would also work well in this space.
Hilton Garden Inn Busselton
For larger groups we’d recommend the Garden Inn by Hilton. A new hotel, with a function space on the 4th floor. This would suit groups of (approx.) 60 people depending on the program. This extra space works particularly well for hands-on experiential sessions where connection and creativity are key.
The meeting space features high ceilings and floor-to-wall windows that flood the room with natural light, along with a majestic outlook toward the end of the Busselton Jetty. With a private bar option, groups can transition seamlessly from sessions to relaxed networking on the balcony while enjoying the sunset. It’s also an excellent choice for overnight stays, making it easy to turn your team experience into a complete getaway.

There is plenty of parking at both sites, at the Busselton foreshore and in surrounding areas with close access to each venue.
