Out of all the venues we have used in the Perth CBD, The Anzac Club has to be one of our top picks!
With its super central location along St Georges’ Terrace, this venue is one of Perth’s hidden gems with superb service and catering, as well as spectacular 180* degree views of the river and Government House gardens. As a non-profit, all profits made from the Club are used to support current and retired RSL veterans.
Overview of the space
The Anzac Club is located within the Veteran Central Building, where the reception and lower floors pay homage to the efforts of our past and present armed forces. The top 3 floors are dedicated function spaces, all featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies (what more could you want!). Check out their 3D Online Tour!
- Level 5 The Brigade Room: the largest space, featuring 2 to 3 flexible rooms and built-in audio visual, making it an easy space to run events in.
- Level 6 The Squadron Room: similar layout to above, however a more intimate space…BUT it boasts a larger accessible balcony! (wait there’s more)
- Level 7 Boardrooms: smaller of the spaces, offering 2 fully-equipped boardrooms with some of the best views in Perth. This floor can open up and accommodate larger groups, and it has an even BIGGER balcony.
Conference facilities
We pride ourselves on a very hands-on approach at Rapid Teams, and anyone who has worked with us before can attest that we focus on building meaningful connections! Luckily, each function space includes AV making our programs run smoothly so we can focus on your team.
The inhouse catering is to be commended, we love the flexible space for offering corporate catering on each of its floors, as well as a bar + restaurant downstairs for lunch and post-event drinks. However, we would have to say that you don’t want to miss out on their sunset drinks up on the balconies attached to each function space!
CBD Location & Parking
Perfectly paired with our CBD Challenge, this super central location is only a short walk from multiple train stations and on popular bus routes. There is also access to a large CPP parking lot across the park, making it easy for teams travelling into the CBD for your team day!
Team Building Options at this venue
There is plenty of space to choose from at Anzac club, and we think many of our programs work well here. It can be used as an debrief and wrap-up space for our CBD Challenge, or for; The Ascent, Rapid Teaming, Championship Teams, and Ways Of Working (with DiSC).
