Rapid Teams has customised this team development program with more hands on activities whilst following Lencioni’s session progression.

Format: Facilitated face to face over a series of workshops
Duration: Pending logistics, we work with you to get the best solution (each team is slightly different)
Group Size: 4 to 15 per cohort
Location: Australia Wide (travel required outside of WA)
Use Case: Leadership teams wanting to work on and measure their performance. Teams who have had challenges with any of the 5B areas (trust, conflict, commitment, accountability and results). Please note, this program is only for teams who are ready to do some ‘heavy lifting’ and needs 100% buy in before we start.
